Contemplation on the value of inner union

Śākta theology in my master's program has allowed me to find more awareness within, while I am grateful for years of yoga practice through my own family with Celtic roots. My main premise through all my studies, explorations and embodiments is to remember the value of indigenous wisdom and whereby the purpose of decolonial methodologies. Thus, while practicing and educating within yoga studies, my intention is to honor the traditions that have been built upon hundreds and thousands of years in which families and villages shared knowledge in a sacred way with wholesome relations -- respecting the sanctity of light and the energy body of each individual.
